Shainy Mack

Office Manager

A proud Montana native, Shainy is a fourth-generation Montanan, born and raised in the Gallatin Valley. The youngest of four, she comes from a family deeply rooted in the local sports community. Shainy played collegiate basketball at Montana Western University, serving as team captain for her final two years. Today, she coaches women’s basketball at Three Forks High School alongside her two sisters—continuing a family tradition, as all three grew up playing for the same school.

At Big Sky Bravery, Shainy is the heart of the office, keeping everything organized and warmly welcoming guests. She finds immense purpose in being part of a mission that serves those who sacrifice the most for us and hopes to remain with Big Sky Bravery long term.

Outside of work, Shainy loves spending time outdoors—camping, exploring Montana’s mountains, or relaxing by the lake. Her creative side shines through in her love for restoring old furniture, including her proud project of revamping an old camper. Shainy cherishes time with her big, close-knit family and her beloved cat, Fran. She is engaged to her high school sweetheart, and whether she’s coaching, working, or spending time with loved ones, Shainy pours her heart into everything she does.

“I love being a small part of what we do here: helping the people who sacrifice the most for us.”
